We host from Finca Ceylan of Guatemala an Organic cultivation certified from the Rainforest Alliance. The farm is situated 1500m above sea level with varieties of Bourbon, Typica, Mundo Novo and Maragogype. Cherries were harvested at the beggining of 2014 with hand picking and were processed in wet and dry mills. The cup profile of that coffee is smooth body with chocolate and vanilla taste, slightly citrus acidity with a fruity aftertaste.
