From the co-operation of Moplaco, 1900m above sea level we have cultivations of Heirloom certified from the E.S.C.A. (Ethiopian Specialty Coffee Association). The coffee was harvested with hand picking in 2013 and was processed with a fully washed process. The cup profile of that coffee is smooth and sweet body, bright acidity, aromatic tones of black tea, orange grape, spicy character with a pleasant aftertaste.
