From the Racafe farm, 1800m above sea level we have cultivations of Cattura and Typica. The coffee was harvested with hand picking in 2013 and was processed with washed process. The cup profile of that coffee is full body, balanced acidity, hazelnuts and toasted caramel aromas, with slight cacao and rich fruit aftertaste.
