From the Caloto Cauca's farm that is situated 1700m above sea level we have cultivations of Cattura and Castillo. The coffee was harvested with hand picking in 2014 and was processed in wet and dry mills. The cup profile of that coffee is rich body, tones of green banana, balanced acidity and sweet aftertaste with slight astringent.
