From the Palmichal farm, 1400m above sea level we have cultivations of Cattura and Catuai. Red cherries have been harvested in 2013 with hand picking and they have processed with fully washed process. The cup profile of that coffee is a creamy body with bright acidity, spicy, aromas of toasted nuts, well balanced with a bitter chocolate aftertaste.
