Ethiopia Sidamo Dale Woreda GR2 Washed

Μαλακό σώμα που θυμίζει τσάι, ήπια οξύτητα λεμονιού, γεύση από κίτρο, λεμόνι και δροσερό τελείωμα που θυμίζει λουίζα.

Προτείνουμε να το δοκιμάσετε παγωμένο ή ζεστό σε espresso χωρίς την προσθήκη γάλακτος. Παρ’ όλα αυτά σε συνδυασμό με το γάλα θα εξακολουθήσει να μας δίνει δροσερό και κιτρικό τελείωμα.

Στο φίλτρο μας δίνει σιροπένιο σώμα και γεύση από λεμόνι, υβίσκο και κίτρο με μακρύ και δροσερό κιτρικό τελείωμα. Ιδιαίτερη η φρεσκάδα του και η διάρκειά της.

Brazil Mongiana Natural

Ζουμερό, μεστό σώμα, ήπια οξύτητα που θυμίζει γκράνμπερυ, γεύση από σοκολάτα, κακάο, μελάσα και μοσχοκάρυδο.

Συνδυάζεται καλά με το γάλα και η γεύση του γυρίζει σε φουντούκι και σοκολάτα γάλακτος.

Το προτείνουμε για κρύα ροφήματα esrpesso.

Στο φίλτρο μας δίνει ζουμερό και σιροπένιο σώμα και γεύση από φουντούκι, καρύδι και σοκολάτα υγείας.

Καβουρδίζεται και για το μπρίκι όπου θα πάρουμε μέτριο σώμα και γεύση από μοσχοκάρυδο, κακάο και μελάσα.

COLOMBIA RACAFE

From the Racafe farm, 1800m above sea level we have cultivations of Cattura and Typica. The coffee was harvested with hand picking in 2013 and was processed with washed process. The cup profile of that coffee is full body, balanced acidity, hazelnuts and toasted caramel aromas, with slight cacao and rich fruit aftertaste.

GUATEMALA ORGANIC

We host from Finca Ceylan of Guatemala an Organic cultivation certified from the Rainforest Alliance. The farm is situated 1500m above sea level with varieties of Bourbon, Typica, Mundo Novo and Maragogype. Cherries were harvested at the beggining of 2014 with hand picking and were processed in wet and dry mills. The cup profile of that coffee is smooth body with chocolate and vanilla taste, slightly citrus acidity with a fruity aftertaste.

NICARAGUA

From the co-operation of Los Placeres, 1100m above sea level we have cultivations of Cattura. The coffee was harvested with hand picking in 2013, was processed with a washed process and was sun dried in patios. The cup profile of that coffee is full body with smooth mouthfeel, orange acidity and sweet orange-like chocolate aftertaste.

ETHIOPIA SIDAMO MOPLACO

From the co-operation of Moplaco, 1900m above sea level we have cultivations of Heirloom certified from the E.S.C.A. (Ethiopian Specialty Coffee Association). The coffee was harvested with hand picking in 2013 and was processed with a fully washed process. The cup profile of that coffee is smooth and sweet body, bright acidity, aromatic tones of black tea, orange grape, spicy character with a pleasant aftertaste.

ETHIOPIA SIDAMO SASABA

From the farm of Sasaba, 1800m above sea level we have cultivations of Heirloom. The coffee was harvested with hand picking in 2014 and was processed in wet and dry mills. The cup profile of that coffee is smooth body, stone fruits, slight acidity, sweet tones with citrus aftertaste.

AFRICA AICHESH YIRGACHEFFE

From the farm of Aichesh, 1800m above sea level we have cultivations of Woliso, Dega and Kurme. The coffee was harvested with hand picking in 2014 and was processed in wet and dry mills. The cup profile of that coffee is smooth body, peachy and apricot tones, balanced acidity with a flowery aftertaste.

SUMATRA

From Indonesia we have a crop named Blue Batak. Is the compination of the harvests of 3 communities, Lintong Nihuta, Dolok Sanggul and Onane Ganjang. Is situated 1600m above sea level and has cultivations of Catimore, Typica and Bourbon. The coffee was harvested with hand picking in 2014 and was processed with semi washed process. The cup profile of that coffee is full body, sparkling acidity, liquorice, fresh tobacco, spicy, dark chocolate with an intense and long aftertaste.

BRAZIL ORGANIC

From the Saquarema Farm, 1050m above sea level we have organic cultivations of Mundo Novo, Yellow and Red Catuai. The coffee was harvested with hand picking in 2014 and was processed with pulped natural process. The cup profile of that coffee is good body, nice acidity, little grassy taste with rich fruity aftertaste.
